Distributor Development Manager

  The Distributor Development Manager is responsible for growing sales by proper management and monitoring of distributor performance which shall include distributor¡¯s recruitments, retention and development. Additionally the Distributor Development Manager shall ensure engagement and support to distributors to maintain the positive relationships, cultivating growth of existing key distributors to optimize sales volume growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

  • To ensure high performance, motivation and capability improvement of distributors in line with company goals and needs via strategic selection, recruitment, development and retention of key distributor.
  • To provide inspirational leadership, commitment and support to distributors. Participant in distributor activities, evaluate its effectiveness and provide suggestion for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure positive engagement with distributors through meeting, visit, events etc and assist key distributors in resolving business related issues.
  • To ensure distributor adhere to PHHP distributor code of conduct; uphold PHHP value, image, professionalism and business ethic.
  • To work with relevant department in building distributor capability to improve distributor efficiency and competency
  • To ensure achievement of annual targeted sales.
  • To ensure efficiency of utilization of group resources and ensure achievement of expected returns within reasonable risks
  • To ensure capability development, improvement and high performance of Distributor Development Department team
  • Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

  • Possess at least Bachelor¡¯s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • IT literate
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
  • Conversant in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel within Malaysia
